Delivery Policy - Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays and are subject to payment being received and stock availability. While we endeavour to get your products to you as quickly as possible, please allow 5 working days for delivery.
Returns Policy - We are unable to amend or cancel orders once the order has been received and payment has been processed. We hope you enjoy your online purchases however if you are not satisfied with your items please return to Alices Beauty Clinic within 14 working days. Products must be unused, unopened and in resaleable condition and accompanied with your original receipt.
